Homeostasis.....The ability or tendency of an organism or cell to maintain internal equilibrium by adjusting its physiological processes.

Hemostasis....The stoppage of bleeding.

Homeosis.......Formation of a body part having characteristics normally found in a related or homologous part at another location in the body.

Learnt this three words in three different modules. All have very different meanings... ARGHZ....
