Yup, here introducing one of the famous dish in Singapore, the Nasi Lemak! So here's goes another episode of........

It's a terrible long wait for the fragrant coconut rice with fried chicken wings. But it's really worth the wait. Rice is most not in clumps, the grains were separable and the pandan smell that goes with it is a really awesome combination. For the record, I wait for 30mins which was not really acceptable to me, since the rice was supposed to be cooked in the first place right? Maybe they have to do something "special" to the rice first before serving them out. I've to give in to their special home-made recipe. The chilli was spicy and given in abundance, enough for you to dip with every single thing on your dish. It goes great with the rice and a few slices of sotong is mixed with the chilli. They even have special names for the meal sets that they offer. They go in the range of the normal names like chicken wing set to full house and royal flush. Chicken wing was normal, just that it was served really hot which is good. Not much marinate was put into consideration of the wing, so I guess, they expect you to dip it with the chilli so that it doesn't go to waste. LOL. Otah was normal too, maybe if they change it to indonesian otah or muar otah, it'll be even better, but of course that would raise the already high price even higher.
